Galle Face Hotel, Colombo.

The Galle Face Hotel was built in 1864 and is one of the oldest hotels in Asia

The Galle Face Hotel overlooks the Indian Ocean and a kilometer long grassy promenade known as the Galle Face Green, after which the hotel was named. The majestic verandah of the Galle Face Hotel also overlooks the hotel's famous checkerboard dance floor.
