The Sultan Mosque is located in the Kampong Glam district of Singapore. Constructed in 1928, it was designed by Denis Santry in the Indo-Sarcenic style common in British India. The Sultan Mosque can hold 5,000 and is the largest mosque in the country. The prayer hall and a massive golden dome are prominent features.
