The Residency Quetta.

The British Residency where the province's defacto ruler lived was reduced to rubble in the 1935 earthquake

Built by the British during their reign in the sub-continent it housed several prominent British personalities who oversaw the administration of the 12,000 troops stationed in British Baluchistan. It succumbed to the forces of nature on May 31, 1935 after one of the biggest earthquakes in recent memory
