The Depot (Murree).

The Depot was the British nickname of Murree and referred to its original function as a military sanitarium.

The population of Murree proper is larger than in surrounding hillsides and offers tourists and travelers several comforts that are not be available in thinly inhabited areas. Today Murree is jam-packed with buildings (see link below), and suffers from over-crowding, deforestation and marginal water
