Burmese Festival Cart

Locals on the way to a religious or family festival with garlanded cows
Philipe Adolph Kleier was a photographer in Burma whose work apparently dates to the 1870s. His postcards are among the earliest of Burma, and go back to the 1890s and were still being sent around 1910.
