Mohenjo-daro had private wells like this reconstruction of a unique pipal-leaf shaped well
This well, with a unique shape and associated bathing platform, were unearthed while building a catchment drain around the place. It was rebuilt on the ground floor of the Mohenjo-daro site museum.
