All over India auto rickshaws or motorized rickshaws are used to transport locals and tourists around cities. There are many rules for the owners of auto rickshaws, which are decided by the transport
department and local police of states.
Madurai is a city situated on the banks of River Vaigai in Madurai district in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu. It is the Third largest city in the state of Tamil Nadu. Madurai was the capital city of the Pandya kings of South India. Today the city of Madurai is the administrative capital of Madurai district. This ancient city is surrounded by three small prominent hills which are called the Anaimalai, Pasumalai and Nagamalai from their supposed resemblance to an elephant, a cow and a snake respectively.
