Victoria Terminus, also called Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST) exemplifies Victorian Gothic architecture. The construction of Victoria Terminus started during 1888 and continued over a period of 10 years. The British architect F. W. Stevens designed the structure which is abbreviated to VT by most current city residents despite being renamed in honor of the founder of the Marathi empire. |
