The Hammam (Bath) of Fort Delhi consists of three chief apartments that are divided by corridors. The floor and the total interior is made of marble. The interior of this fort is also decorated with inlays having colored stones. The baths of the Red Fort were supplied with "hot and cold water". It is believed that one of the fountains positioned in the apartment lying in the easternmost area emitted rose water. |
