The Tomb of Akbar the Great Alias Sikandra, Agra.

[Original title] Built by the Emperor Jehangir in 1605 A.D.

The Tomb of Akbar is located at Sikandra, about 4 kilometers away from Agra. Akbar started the construction of this tomb in 1605. However, the structure was completed by his son, the Emperor Jehangir.

Buland Darwaza, the big gateway to the tomb, takes a visitor into a garden enclosure. The
