The eight story customs house in Shanghai is located in the city's historic Bund district.

Built in 1927, Shanghai's customs house is one of the city's most famous sites. The building occupies almost 6000 square meters and is topped with an 11 story clock tower. The architecture of the customs house showcases Greek revival style with a granite facade and doric columns. Interior marble columns are decorated with gold leaf and the tower's clock was built in the design of London's Big Ben. |
